    The hotel is 30 km far from the center Antalya and 10 km far from Center Kemer.

    The fitness centre is main building, working hours are  08:00-12:00 / 14:00–20:00.

    It is not permitted to use the outdoor swimming pools after 18:00 when sanitation maintenance is in progress

    We have SPA both in the main building  Free of charge services include: Turkish bath, Sauna, Steam Room, Indoor Swimming Pool and Fitness Centre.

    All facilities listed above are available. Baby cots, potties  on request free of charge. Baby carts rental with charge daily . High chairs are provided in all dining facilities of the hotel.

    We are pleased to cater for a range of diets, including vegan and vegetarian. If you have an allergy or very specific dietary needs we would strongly recommend that you notify the hotel of this in advance so the necessary arrangements can be made.

    There are no rooms for smokers available in the hotel. Smoking is forbidden in all indoor areas and in the rooms. It is permitted to smoke on open air terraces and on the room balconies. Ashtrays in the rooms are provided on request. It is not allowed to smoke shisha / water-pipe on the room balconies.

    We accept all credit card types (Visa, MasterCard, American Express etc.). Cash payments in Turkish Lira, Euro, Dollar, CHF and GBP are available. We don´t accept checks.

    There is a car parking for guests on the hotel territory.

    Unfortunately accommodation with pets is not allowed.

    We don´t offer lunch boxes. The Starboard Restaurant  is at your service 24/7.

    What is your check-out time? Can this be extended?
    Check-out time is 12:00pm. Guests wishing to check out later than 12:00pm should contact the reception on their departure day in the morning. Depending on the hotel occupancy your accommodation can be extended. We charge hourly accommodation price for extension until 18:00. A full night’s accommodation will be charged for a check-out after 18:00pm.
    What is your standard check-in time?

    Check-in time is 14:00pm. You may request an earlier check-in when making your reservation, but we cannot always guarantee that your room will be ready at this time. It depends on the hotel occupancy. We try to accommodate all guests as early as possible when there are early arrivals. You will however be able to leave your luggage with us at the concierge desk until your room is available.

    Do you offer shuttle services from / to the airport? How much do you charge for it?

    Yes. If you would like to  arrange a car only for  transfer from hotel / to the airport please let us know, provide your name, number of passengers and complete flight details. Cost will depend on vehicle´s size and type.

    What does Ultra All Inclusive mean

    The all-inclusive, which was foundby the Belgian Gerard Blitz in 1950. It includes a minimum of three meals daily, soft drinks, most alcoholic drinks and possibly other services in the price. The main difference of the Ultra All Inclusive resorts is a higher level of food and beverages. Resorts with UAI concept are geared toward families, with facilities like craft centres, games rooms, entertainment and water parks to keep children and adults of all ages entertained. Many also offer sports and non-motorized water sports and other activities that are included in the price as well.
